We knew that an ADER error x Converse collaboration was in the works, but we certainly didn't expect this. After what seemed like an eternity of waiting, the South Korean fashion label has officially taken the wraps off the ADER error x Converse Chuck 70. Part of the duo's joint project titled "Create Next: The new is not new," this is unlike anything that we've seen before.
Referencing the cyclical nature of fashion, ADER error's rendition of the iconic Chuck 70 features a crisp white canvas upper, but it's heavily contrasted with surplus fabrics in bold blue hues. These excess materials make their way throughout the upper, surrounding the ankle portions and eyelets for a deconstructed look that's sure to turn heads wherever you go.
Elsewhere, the toe cap and rubber midsole have been left with a pre-distressed finish for a seriously vintage vibe, and the phrase "The new is now new" is scrawled across the front and sides in a cursive font, nodding to the name of the collaboration.
The ADER error x Converse Chuck 70 will drop on January 9th and will be available right here on Ox Street very soon after. Expected to sell out fast, make sure you keep it locked right here for your best chance to secure your size.
