What was the moment you first got drawn to sneakers, and which pair of sneakers triggered your passion?

The moment I first got drawn to sneakers was in 2019. I remember scrolling through social media and noticing the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG everywhere. They were the prettiest shoes I have ever laid eyes on and they were coming out for women on Valentine’s Day. They are an obsidian/blue chill and white and I knew I had to have them in my closet!

What’s one moment or trend in the history of sneaker culture that resonates with you?

One moment that resonates with me is when I noticed that the old school/retro inspired styles were coming back out, such as the Nike Blazer Mid 77.

Please describe how it feels to you when you get and wear a new pair of kicks?

When I get a new pair of sneakers I am in a very happy mood. Who doesn’t love a new pair of shoes ! I think of outfits that I can wear them with immediately.

What are some of your favorite creators/designers or brands and why?

Some of my favorite creators/designers are Nike, Adidas, Calvin Klein, Chuck Taylor All Stars, Guess - just for name a few.

What is one sneaker collaboration that doesn’t exist, but you wish/think should exist?

I think a sneaker collaboration with Beyoncé and Nike would be dope.

‍What are some of the current pairs of sneakers in your rotation?

Definitely my Air Jordan 1's, Black Nike Prestos, Air Max 97s in black/silver, and my Converse Leapin Lizards Chuck Taylor All Star High Top.

What is your ultimate holy grail sneaker that you have not managed to acquire so far?

I haven’t been able to get my hands on a pair of Nike Dunk Lows  as yet. Every time I look for them they are either sold out in my size , or nowhere to be found.

Other than kicks, what are some of your daily essentials or treasured items?

Some of my daily essentials are aside from kicks are my jewelry. This woman has  got to have a little bling bling on her ! I love me a cute earring and necklace set , followed my some rings.
