What was the moment you first got drawn to sneakers, and which pair of sneakers triggered your passion?

In 1997, I begged my parents to get me the new Jordan’s. My first pair was the Black/Red(Flu Game)12 and I’ve been wearing Jordan’s ever since.

What’s one moment or trend in the history of sneaker culture that resonates with you?

The beginning of sneaker content on YouTube is a huge part of why I went from loving fly sneakers to wanting to have a huge sneaker collection.

Please describe how it feels to you when you get and wear a new pair of kicks?

Nobody can bring me down when I’ve got a brand new pair of shoes on. Especially when it’s a pair I’ve kept on ice for a while.

What are some of your favorite creators/designers or brands and why?

Tinker Hatfield and Round Two. Tinker because he created a whole catalog of sneakers that I will wear for the rest of my life. He changed the way we look at sneaker technology, innovation, and design. Round Two because they were the first sneaker and vintage store that I learned about. It was, and still is, the exact environment that I want to shop in.

What is one sneaker collaboration that doesn’t exist, but you wish/think should exist?

M.i.s.t.e.r.Freshness x Jordan 8 Low. Let’s make it happen!

What are some of the current pairs of sneakers in your rotation?

New Balance 990v4, Saucony Shadow 6000, & Jordan 4 have been getting the most wear lately.

What is your ultimate holy grail sneaker that you have not managed to acquire so far?

An Original 1989 Black/Cement 4. Deadstock.

Other than kicks, what are some of your daily essentials or treasured items?

My Apple watch is my only other essential which I need every day!

Where can people find you on social media?
