What was the moment you first got drawn to sneakers, and which pair of sneakers triggered your passion?

I was around 10 years old when I first started collecting sneakers! The passion started purely from me being a young little skater girl. Everyone at school always had the nicest / coolest sneakers, but I was never allowed to buy anything like that as they were too expensive to afford at the time.

Eventually I ended up getting my first pair which were only for school ahah but were the "Globe Focus Checkers" & from then on, it lead to collecting more Globe sneakers like the superflys - which eventually lead to my current main collected shoe today the Air Jordan 1's as the high top silhouette was a little bit similar to me at the time!!

What’s one moment or trend in the history of sneaker culture that resonates with you?

Weirdly enough I don't really have a historical event in the sneaker culture I can relate to, but in terms of trend - I definitely fall into the category of ever changing fashion! I'm forever going to be seen wearing any form of Nike/ Lab/ACG & any other collabs but I never fail to want to try new fashion trends out/new things.

Please describe how it feels to you when you get and wear a new pair of kicks?

Honestly one of the best feelings in the world, like every sneakerhead! I always smell the inside of the shoe ahah I don't know... just something about that new fresh sneaker smell gets me. I've always got a fresh pair of socks to go with my new kicks too!!

Other than that, I'll constantly wear my new kicks for about a week or two until I buy another pair to replace them & then they get shafted to the sneaker shelf

What are some of your favorite creators/designers or brands and why?

If anything my favourite brand will forever and always be Nike! Even better now that ACG has branched off Individually to make it's own merchandise without the "Nike" written on it. I personally prefer some of the newer merchandise/quality that has been released recently!!

What is one sneaker collaboration that doesn’t exist, but you wish/think should exist?

Funny enough I've always wanted ACG & Supreme to do a collaboration together - but recently on the socials I've seen "watch this space" so something is definitely brewing & I can't wait to see it!! If anything I wouldn't mind if Nike & Gucci did a collar - even the Gucci Ghost collab with Nike would be pretty sick!!!

What are some of the current pairs of sneakers in your rotation?

Currently I'm on the dunk train like everyone else ahaha. But, my mains besides my steel caps are - Dunk Fossil Rose, Medium Curry, Veneer, Ceramic, Light Iron Ore Red & ACG Mountain Fly GOR-TEX

What is your ultimate holy grail sneaker that you have not managed to acquire so far?

I would definitely love to have the Union Los Angeles Black Toe's!!! they would be a nice staple to have in my rotation of high's & if there's anything stopping me from getting them its being poor on my apprentice wage... one day!!

Other than kicks, what are some of your daily essentials or treasured items?

I do have a small love for rings & necklaces - I do have a collection of a few Gucci rings which are my favourite staple basic! And my favourite go to is a necklace piece would have to be my up cycled LV lock & key which I have on two seperate gold chains!
