What was the moment you first got drawn to sneakers, and which pair of sneakers triggered your passion?

I was in sixth grade when my passion for sneaker collecting began! It was exactly when I saw Grant Hill wore the FILA Grant Hill 2 and Scottie Pippen wore the Air More Uptempo during his stint in Dream Team III. So I asked my parents whether they could buy me the Grant Hill 2 or the Nike Uptempo. Thankfully, they decided to buy both.

What are some of your observations or personal stories when it comes to collecting kicks?

What I have noticed when it comes to collecting sneakers is that some people buy sneakers for investments and others collect kicks for personal use. Whether you are in reselling pairs or using sneakers for personal use, to me they are both considered as a sneakerhead.

Can you please describe how it feels to you when you get and wear a new pair of kicks?

Wearing a new pair of sneakers enhances your look as well as the good feedback you will received from other sneakerheads! It makes you feel better and keeping you in good spirits throughout the day.

What is one sneaker collaboration that doesn’t exist, but you wish/think should exist?

I truly hope to have a Nike x Offwhite™ x Fragment collab.

What do you think is the most under-rated pair?

For me, the Reebok Club C. It’s a very simple silhouette with its wide range of colors.

What are some of your favourite creators/designers or brands and why?

I truly love the works of Virgil Abloh. He is certainly an artist who demonstrates a higher level of commitment in artistic creation.

What is your ultimate holy grail sneaker that you have not managed to acquire so far?

I really want to have the Jordan 4 Manila.

What are some of your favorite sneaker related content creators?

Richie Le and Qias Omar are my favorite sneaker content creators.

Other than kicks, what are some of your daily essentials or treasured items?

I also love collecting jackets/hoodies such as Off-white™, Stone Island, CPFM and FOG essentials.
