What was the moment you first got drawn to sneakers, and which pair of sneakers triggered your passion?

The first time I was drawn to sneakers was in 2012 when I first saw the Lebron 9 ‘Big Bang’ on LeBron James at the 2012 NBA All Star game. That shoe was the first shoe that triggered my passion and luckily enough 10 years later I own them.

What’s one moment or trend in the history of sneaker culture that resonates with you?

I would have to say when Macklemore dropped the hit single ‘Wings’Back then i was not old enough to spend money on sneakers, but I always wanted to be like my favourite NBA players such as LeBron, Dwade, CP3, Carmelo and Kobe, and that way for me was through their jerseys and especially through their sneakers!That song definitely drew similarities with my life.

Please describe how it feels to you when you get and wear a new pair of kicks?

It feels amazing! Love that smell of fresh kicks straight out the box, but lacing up a new pair of kicks and walking around them for the first time is the greatest feeling in the world!

What are some of your favorite creators/designers or brands and why?

Jordan brand and Nike for me. Always been a Jumpman and swoosh guy.I guess my love for MJ, Kobe and Bron made it hard for me to love any other brands more than them.

What is one sneaker collaboration that doesn’t exist, but you wish/think should exist?

Definitely feel that Post Malone should have an actual sneaker collab with someone like New Balance! Both bold in what they do and would work really well together.

What are some of the current pairs of sneakers in your rotation?

At the moment I have been loving wearing the Jordan 1 ‘Bubblegums’, Bred 4s, Carmine 6s, and The New Balance 550s in that fire Syracuse orange!

What is your ultimate holy grail sneaker that you have not managed to acquire so far?

Hands down Jordan 1 Chicago high’s. Got the mids and the KO’s but the High’s I haven’t had a chance to cop because of the price.

Other than kicks, what are some of your daily essentials or treasured items?

Would have to say my biggest daily essential is any cologne as I love to smell good. Currently using Michael Jordan cologne as it smells really really good. My most treasured item is my Kobe jersey as it was my first NBA jersey I ever received.
