With the 2022 FIFA World Cup coming up just around the corner, adidas Japan has officially revealed its National Football Team collection. Designed by the legendary Tomoaki Nagao, more commonly known as Nigo, the soccer range is inspired by cherry blossoms as well as the traditional confection sakura mochi, which is a soft rice cake that's been a Japanese delicacy for thousands of years.
Arriving in a pastel pink and green color scheme, the collection includes jerseys, T-shirts, shorts, and track jackets. Each piece features a heart-shaped cherry blossom graphic alongside the adidas and Japan Football Association logos. In terms of accessories, you'll find a range of headwear including caps and beanies, as well as a pair of socks and a simple drawstring bag.
The adidas Japan National Football Team collection is available now for pre-ordering and will get a much wider release on October 28th.
