Rhuigi's PUMA Suede "B-Boy" Celebrates 50 Years of Hip-Hop

The PUMA Suede is quickly becoming one of 2023's hottest collaborative kicks. After checking out the JJJJound and Staple projects earlier this season, we're now taking our first look at the Rhuigi x PUMA Suede "B-Boy." Made in collaboration with RHUDE founder Rhuigi Villaseñor, it's the perfect way to celebrate 50 years of hip-hop.

Painted in a curiously-named "American Beauty" pink color palette, it's outfitted in a buttery suede construction. The Formstrips across the lateral and medial sidewalls are dipped in a creamy "Pristine" hue, and this is complemented by the chunky flat laces and reptile leather heel badge which nod to the silhouette's '80s breakdancing roots. Gold foil branding is finely debossed, and around the back you'll find the year "1991." All of this sits atop a subtly textured rubber midsole, finalizing the Filipino multi-hyphenate latest collaboration.
