Just when you thought the Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Mid "Pine Green" was Virgil Abloh's third and final Air Force 1 Mid, new images have just surfaced online proving otherwise. Paying homage to one of former NBA player Rasheed Wallace's Air Force 1 PE colorways from 2001, let's get up close and personal with the upcoming Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Mid "Sheed."
Following the same monochromatic aesthetic as the first two drops, the "Sheed" switches out the canvas construction in favor of patent leather paneling that's as glossy as it gets. A Nike Swoosh is haphazardly stitched across the lateral and medial sidewalls, and this is complemented by a pair of crisp white laces that tie everything together. Around the ankles, the strap is embroidered with Wallace's jersey number "30," and of course, it wouldn't be an Off-White sneaker without all of the deconstructed details, including the Helvetica branding and the zip tie.
Underfoot, you'll find a curvy Air midsole complete with a scooped-out Air bubble, and this is lined with a series of rubber spikes for a track-inspired look. Rounding it all off is a silhouette of the NBA legend, stitched across both of Air Force 1's heels.
Not much else is known about the Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 Mid "Sheed" at this moment in time, but it's expected to drop over the next couple of months. Let us know what you think of this fourth colorway, and in related news, another Union LA x Air Jordan 1 High could be coming very soon.
