2022 marks 40 years since the Nike Air Force 1 made its official debut. Designed by the legendary Bruce Kilgore, the basketball shoe was introduced to the world in 1982, and continues to reign supreme even after four whole decades. A sneaker like this deserves collaborations that are unlike anything else out there, and that's where the Premium Goods x Nike Air Force 1 comes through. Made in collaboration with Jennifer Ford's boutique sneaker shop that has been serving the community of Houston, Texas since 2004, let's take an official look.

As an Asia-based marketplace, we have to first address the design detail that stood out to us the most: the beads. Similar to what you'd find in a Japanese taxi or on your grandparents' furniture, beaded detailings intricately adorn the Swooshes and heel in black, brown, and white tones, resulting in an aesthetic that will undoubtedly turn heads wherever you go. The AF 1 works on top of a creamy quilted base, while tumbled black panels wrap around the toe box, heel, and lacing system. Rope laces, similar to 2020's Travis Scott x Nike SB Dunk Low tie everything together, and a metallic gold dubrae adds to the luxe look and feel.

Releasing very soon, keep your eyes peeled on Ox Street if you want the Premium Goods x Nike Air Force 1 in your collection. Since this is an Air Force 1, make sure you go true to size and the fit will be perfect.
