One of the hottest hybrid sneakers that we've ever seen.

Rumors of an all-new Union LA x Air Jordan 1 High have been on Ox Street's radar for quite some time. Now, after months and months of waiting, we're finally getting up close and personal with the never-before-seen Union LA x Air Jordan 1 High Footscape. Chris Gibbs' latest rendition of Michael Jordan's signature shoe, it's unlike anything that we've seen before.

A hybrid between 1985's Air Jordan 1 and 1995's Air Footscape Woven, while this ULA project looks like another classic colorway from a distance, upon closer inspection you'll find that it's much more than meets the eye. Crafted from a "Sail" leather construction, "Wolf Grey" and "Pale Vanilla" accents add a somewhat vintage vibe to the shoe. The iconic "UN/LA" tag is stitched across the ankle in "Metallic Gold," and around the heel you'll find "BBS" branding which nods to Gibbs' wife Beth, and her Bephie’s Beauty Supply brand.

Of course, you can't talk about this Air Jordan without mentioning the woven detailing across the lateral and medial sides. Borrowed directly from the Nike's Air Footscape, we never thought we'd see the day when two of these legendary silhouettes would become one.

The Union LA x Air Jordan 1 High Footscape "Sail" is set to release very soon. Expected to drop alongside a collection of other colors, make sure you keep it locked at Ox Street to find out everything that you need to know. In related news, the Air Jordan 1 High "Lost & Found" is finally getting a restock!
