New Balance 2002R Protection Pack "Phantom"

You just can't talk about "Triple Black" sneakers without bringing up the New Balance 2002R Protection Pack "Phantom." Originally released back in 2021, this was part of the collection that made New Balance as hyped as it is now. Taking on the 2010 silhouette, Chinese footwear designer Yue Wu applied a deconstructed aesthetic to it that offered a contemporary take on the classic. Working on top of an engineered mesh base, it's overlaid by a series of jagged suede panels that's unlike anything that's ever been done before. All of this sits on top of an ABZORB midsole that has been pre-aged for a futuristic artifact-inspired aesthetic.

The stealthiest sneaker that Chitose Abe has ever released, the sacai x Nike VaporWaffle "Black Gum" dropped in 2022 to much acclaim. Outfitted in nylon, leather, and suede, this has been designed to take on absolutely everything. The Japanese designer has also added her signature deconstructed aesthetic to the shoe, so not only will you find two Swooshes across the sidewalls, you'll also find double the tongues, lacing systems, and even midsoles for a look that is quite literally twice as nice. Just to make things even more interesting, all of this sits on top of a toothy gum rubber outsole for added traction with every step.

Even though Kanye West's partnership with adidas is officially over, you can still buy the hottest colorways here at Ox Street, including the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Black." Regarded by many Ye fans to be the best sneaker that he's ever launched, it's easy to see why. With a sock-like Primeknit upper, 3M laces, and a monofilament mesh stripe that shoots through the sidewalls, it features all the YZY bells and whistles that you could ask for. A single line of red stitching runs through the heel tab, and all of this sits on top of an adidas Boost midsole that's as comfortable as it gets.

The latest sneaker to drop as part of La Flame's Cactus Jack line, the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG "Black Phantom" is already being touted as the American artist's best Jordan collaboration yet. Done up in all-black, it's crafted from a luxurious leather and suede combination and contrasted with crisp white stitching throughout. The world-renowned winged basketball insignia is haphazardly stitched around the left heel, while a never-before-seen bee symbol makes its way to the right one. If you want a fiery pop of color, these AJ 1s come with a pair of red laces straight out of the box.
