Just when you thought that you've seen everything, MSCHF are back at it again with some truly bizarre sneakers. After checking out the Big Red Boot and Super Normal 2 earlier this season, we're now taking our first look at the BWD. One of the weirdest models that we've ever seen in our lives, make sure you read on to find out everything that we know so far.
From a distance, the BWD looks like your average skate shoe. Crafted from slick white leather and supple red suede, it's decorated with 3M accents throughout and pull tabs across the tongue and heel for an extra rugged vibe. Underfoot, you'll find a blacked out foam midsole, and this is equipped with a dash of gum rubber for extra grippiness on the half pipe.
With that said, when you take a closer look you'll quickly realize that there's more than meets the eye. The entire front has been scooped out so you can actually rock these as a slide, and there's an extra tongue on this side as well for added support and padding. Like we said, you've never seen a sneaker quite like this.
The MSCHF BWD is set to drop on April 11th exclusively via the MSCHF app. Expected to sell out fast, make sure you keep it locked at Ox Street's dedicated MSCHF page for your best chance to secure your size.
