Following the success of his Hot Step Air Terra silhouette, it looks like Drake is now ready to reveal his next Swoosh silhouette as we take a closer look at the NOCTA x Nike Glide "Black." A model that has been on our radar since last summer, it dives deep into the Beaverton sportswear brand's archives, but with a futuristic twist that's sure to turn heads wherever you go.
Previously teased in "Red" and "Triple White" color options, Champagne Papi's Glide is directly inspired by the legendary Zoom Flight 95. Boasting a predominantly black mesh base, the lateral and medial sidewalls are decorated with a carbon fiber-like weave that gives the model a seriously sporty aesthetic. Rubberized "Nike" branding adorns the eyestays and Swoosh, and a woven pull tab around the heel delivers a very rugged look.
Underfoot, the shoe sits on top of an extremely chunky midsole that's been borrowed directly from the ZF95, and it's lined with an icy blue rubber outsole for that vintage vibe that we all know and love.
Not much else is known about Drake's NOCTA x Nike Glide "Black" at this moment in time, but it's set to release very soon.
