Edison Chen and Kevin Poon just never take a break, do they? After dropping a Nike Cortez and Converse Chuck 70 earlier this season, CLOT has now teamed up with none other than The North Face for a full apparel collection that's sure to take your hiking wardrobe to new heights. Centered around a dialogue with Mother Earth, the capsule is painted in a range of natural colors and includes everything from Shell Jackets and Waterproof Ponchos, all the way to Fleece Pullovers and Diagonal Plackets. Every single piece is equipped with Chinese knot buttons as as tribute to CLOT's East-meets-West aesthetic.
On top of that, the collection also features a vast range of complementary accessories as well as footwear options. The Camping Blanket is made with heat-retaining fabric, while the ThermoBall Traction Mules will definitely keep your feet nice and cozy while hiking out in the wilderness. CLOT and TNF have also worked on a kidswear line as well, which comprises of Shell Jackets, Fleece Pullovers, and Fleece Pants.
“The core person that I am, it hasn’t really changed over time, but my curiosities have, what gives me a successful feeling has." said Edison Chen in a statement. "My mindset is actually exploration. Allowing yourself to see new things, allowing yourself to experience clouds, sunsets and sunrises, is a story that I’ve never told. I feel like The North Face was the perfect conduit for that story to be expressed."
The CLOT x The North Face collection will be available February 23, with a wider release slated for February 24th. Let us know what you think of this upcoming collaboration, and while you're here, you might as well take a look at The North Face's Year of the Rabbit 2023 collection.
