And it's totally not what we were expecting.

Earlier this year, Simon Porte Jacquemus took to Instagram to tease his next collaboration with Nike. And now, after almost six months of waiting, it has been officially revealed in all its glory in the form of the Jacquemus x Nike J Force 1 Low. Described by the French fashion designer as "a sophisticated shoe with the spirit of an AF1," this two-shoe collection is unlike anything that we've seen before.

Introduced in "Triple White" and "Triple Black" options, the J Force 1 boasts a full leather construction that's very clearly inspired by the Air Force 1. Metallic Swooshes make their way across the lateral and medial sidewalls, and this is complemented by a special "JF1" dubrae. The aglets are debossed with further branding, similar to the eponymous label's take on the Air Humara from 2022.

Of course, you can't talk about this sneaker without mentioning the midsole. Borrowing elements from the ACG Terra, it has been completely wrapped in a lace-like ribbon that's sure to turn heads wherever you go. All of this comes packed in a special edition cardboard shoebox that's made for all the collectors out there.

Set to drop on June 13th, the Jacquemus x Nike J Force 1 Low collection is going to sell out fast. Luckily for you, it'll be available at Ox Street within the coming weeks, so make sure keep it locked for your best chance to secure your size. While you're here, you might as well take your first look at the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Royal Reimagined"!
