What’s one moment or trend in the history of sneaker culture that resonates with you?

While walking around stores with my husband, we casually discussed friends who are obsessed with Jordan sneakers. So we went to our local Foot Locker and took a look and we saw the Air Jordan 4 Retro 'Orange Metallic.'

My husband described it as looking like Eminem's Jordan 4, which costs a fortune. That is where it all starts.

What’s one moment or trend in the history of sneaker culture that resonates with you?

I'm impressed and inspired by Virgil Abloh's vision and creativity with Off-White and Nike in rejuvenating Jordan's enthusiasm during Kanye West's Yeezy domination.

What are some of the current pairs of sneakers in your rotation?

My current rotations include the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 'Oreo', Gucci Tennis 1977, and Nike Dunks Low 'Panda.'

Please describe how it feels when you get and wear a new pair of kicks?

Getting a new pair of sneakers makes me feel like a kid again.

What is one sneaker collaboration that doesn’t exist, but you wish/think should exist?

I wish there was a shoe collaboration that makes a country or state-based Nike Dunk collaboration fantastic, as they did with Nike Dunk Low 'Seoul.'

What are some of your favorite creators/designers or brands and why?

I admire how Kanye West and Virgil Abloh have transformed the streetwear scene.

They show us that it is never too late to start and that nothing lasts forever. The only limit is your imagination.

What is your ultimate holy grail sneaker that you have not acquired so far?

I'd like to have a pair of OFF-WHITE x Wmns Air Jordan 4 SP 'Sail.'

Other than kicks, what are some of your daily essentials or treasured items?

I used to be more into handbags, purses, and mountain biking before I got into sneakers.
