One for all of the collectors out there.

From Chinese porcelain to Puerto Rican desserts, over the past couple of decades the Air Max 1 has been inspired by some of the most random things ever, and the upcoming Nike Air Max 1 "Sofvi" is certainly up there too. A nod to Japanese vinyl toys known as "sofvi" or "sofubi," this special colorway is packed with countless cool details throughout, so make sure you keep it locked to find out everything that we know so far!

Working on top of a creamy synthetic base, this AM1 is overlaid by rubberized panels that fade from white to orange and comes complete with a chromed out Nike Swoosh across the lateral and medial sidewalls. Fiery red leather mudguards wrap around the outside of the shoe, while the laces and Air midsole are dipped in a peachy pink palette.

A graphic-heavy insole features within with "Nike" written in kanji, and this is complemented by a limited edition shoebox which is equipped with a clear, transparent window – just like a lot of vinyl toys.

Not much else is known about the Nike Air Max 1 "Sofvi" at this moment in time, but it's expected to drop sometime this fall. Let us know what you think of this exclusive colorway, and in related news, Yoon Ahn just teased the AMBUSH x Nike Air More Uptempo!
