What was the moment you first got drawn to sneakers, and which pair of sneakers triggered your passion?

Air Jordan 1 is the pair that started my passion for sneakers. It's the first shoe of Michael Jordan's legacy in the NBA and was featured in my childhood comic book, Slam Dunk. The main cast Sakuragi Hanamichi wore the iconic AJ1 Bred, and that's how I was so drawn to it.

What’s one moment or trend in the history of sneaker culture that resonates with you?

The 90's hip-hop and basketball resonated a lot with me.

Please describe how it feels to you when you get and wear a new pair of kicks?

It feels like a triumph because sometimes it's not easy to cop your favorite pairs. LOL.

What are some of your favorite creators/designers or brands and why?

I love Tinker Hatfield as he's the designer of Air Jordan 11. This sneaker was considered an outstanding design with patent leather in 1995.

What is one sneaker collaboration that doesn’t exist, but you wish/think should exist?

Maybe Jordan and Converse would be an exciting collaboration!

What are some of the current pairs of sneakers in your rotation?

Air Jordan 1 Chicago, Air Force 1 CDG x Supreme, Air Force 1 Triple White, and Air Jordan 1 Low Black Toe are some of the pairs in my rotation.

What is your ultimate holy grail sneaker that you have not managed to acquire so far?

Oh my, it's the Air Jordan 1 Banned 2011!

Other than kicks, what are some of your daily essentials or treasured items?

Slam Dunk figures, Enterbay NBA figures, and Supreme merch are some of my treasured items.
