Woven to perfection.

We've said it before, and we'll say it again. Chitose Abe is one of the most talented fashion designers around today. World-renowned for her androgynous aesthetic and deconstructed detailing, the Japanese tastemaker is also the brainchild behind some of the most iconic sneaker collaborations of all-time, including the Cortez 4.0 and the VaporWaffle. Now, it looks like she'll be returning to one of her OG Swoosh silhouettes as we take a sneak peek at the next sacai x Nike LDWaffle.

Aptly nicknamed the LDWaffle Woven, this particular pair drops the usual mesh and nylon constructions in favor of a multi-material design that's tightly knit together in a lattice-like structure. Spotted here in a clean white and gray color palette, you'll get the usual sacai elements including double the tongues, lacing systems, and midsoles. Interestingly though, it doesn't look like there's any Nike Swoosh branding across the sidewalls, but that might just be because this is just an early sample or a pre-release pair.

Not much else is known about the sacai x Nike LDWaffle Woven at this moment in time, so make sure you keep your eyes peeled on Ox Street for all of the latest info as it comes through. Let us know how this stacks up against the rest of Chitose's releases, and while you're here, you might as well get a sneak peek at the COMME des GARÇONS x Nike Tennis Classic!
